At FieldCoolers, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and the process to follow.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and labels are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear may not be eligible for a return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period


3. Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing fieldsupport@gmail.com with your order number and clear images of the issue.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.


4. Refunds

  • Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • FieldCoolers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to this policy.
